My name is Daniel Gadus and I help small and medium businesses, especially in crafts and services, modernize the way they communicate prices to their customers. I'm the founder of PriceForms.com platform, where I create intelligent, fully customized pricing calculators for websites that save time, increase trust, and convert visitors into customers.
But my journey to digital solutions didn't start with a keyboard. It started with a brush.
My roots: from craft to digitalization
I come from eastern Slovakia, where as a teenager I worked part-time on construction sites and helped craftsmen. Practical thinking and problem-solving ability have always been my strong points. In 2009, after several years of working in Denmark, I decided to start my own painting company DANMAG. Without partners, without know-how, without capital – but with the will to build something.
I learned business through practice. First I did everything myself, later I started employing people, getting orders, optimizing processes. I built the company almost from scratch and today it operates almost autonomously.
Entrepreneur's challenges
As an entrepreneur, I faced the same problems as many:

Time wasted on repetitive responses
I said to myself: "This must be possible to do better."
First step: pricing calculator for my own company
In 2019, I started working with no-code platforms like Bubble and Fillout. With their help, I created my own pricing calculator for painting work, which I placed on the danmag.com website. Clients could easily calculate an approximate price of work themselves – without needing to call, wait, or write.
Results came immediately:
This led me to the idea: "This tool could be used by other companies too – not just painters."

The birth of PriceForms
At the beginning, it was a simple side project. But I quickly realized that the interest was huge – especially among companies that:
